PHILIPSBURG - Independent island council member of St Eustatius Millicent Lijfrock has broken her silence on the breakup of the coalition government on St Eustatius.

STATIA - The political drama on St. Eustatius has taken a new twist with news this week that Glen Schmidt, who was sacked by his own party leader Councilman Franklin Brown during motion of no confidence and which was supported by Council woman Millicent Lijfrock, is once again returning as a Commissioner.

PHILIPSBURG - It is now official, Independent Member of the Island Council of the island territory of St. Eustatius, former member of the PLP, Millicent Lijfrock has teamed up with the Democratic Party to form part of the next coalition government on that island.
